68 Litre Spare Wheel Water Tank, specifically designed for the VW Transporter T5 through to current T6.1 vans (including the 4Motion), 2003 to present day but may also fit other vehicles with a spare wheel cavity. PLEASE NOTE – it won’t fit anything with a centre hoist for the spare wheel.
The 68 Litre Water Tank has two pre-moulded inserts within the tank walls, which offer 1 x 1/2″ BSP Female Inlet and 1 x 1/2″ BSP Female Outlet for secure plumbing connections to and from the tank. The outlets are drilled as standard. In addition the tank also has a 5 Inch non-vented lid which sits underneath the tank to allow for ample access when cleaning. The tank comes already vented and ready to fit as a fresh water tank for Volkswagen T5 T6 and others. Also suitable for use as a grey water tank, the 68 Litre Spare Wheel Tank is a great use of space.
Mounted with two stainless steel brackets (optional extra) that can be secured to the tank by the pre-moulded inserts for 6 x M8 Socket Button Head Bolts. it offers a quick, fuss free installation for a wheel well water tank.
The VW Transporter underslung water tank is manufacturer from MDPE, making it extremely durable and therefore ideal for an underslung position.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The fitting kit does not contain the fixings to mount the brackets to the vehicle. Comments by the manufacturer for mounting this tank are as follows; Due to the thin gauge plate the brackets are mounted onto, we would recommend rivet nuts to secure the tank to the vehicle. This requires a specialist tool to fix them which can be purchased from most tooling suppliers.

Delivery Charges & Returns

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
