The shipping cost for Standard UK Mainland Delivery is included as standard at the checkout. Most of the UK is included in our shipping costs, however parts of the following areas may be more expensive;
Scottish highlands and islands including areas of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Charges
Please ensure the product you order from Online Tank Store Ltd. is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. All standard tanks (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but it can be expensive for the customer to return due to the size and weight. Please ensure what you order is what you require. See returns policy here.
Special order or custom tanks are non-returnable therefore if your order is the incorrect product or no longer required unfortunately, it will not be accepted back.
Delivery Method
All items (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are delivered to Kerbside. In some instances for the larger items, customer offloading is required.
Somebody will need to check the goods before signing for them. This will help to avoid any re-delivery charges that may apply.
IMPORTANT – Please note – if goods are signed for, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.

Custom Tank – An order is considered ‘custom’ when a non-standard configuration or colour is requested. Custom orders are not eligible for return so please ensure the product is what you require before ordering.
