Product Description
Fresh Water Tank Filler Kit designed to connect a 40mm filler hose into your campervan water tank. This simple solution has been designed to answer the question – how to fill a fresh water tank.
Kit Includes;
- 1 1/4 90 Degree Hose Tail to fit 40mm pipe – Male Thread
- 1 1/4 Hose Tail to fit 40mm pipe – Male Thread
- Back Nut & Gasket
With the choice of a 90 Degree or straight hose tail, the option offers the most economic solution for a water inlet and is ideal for connecting the fresh water filler hose into a fresh water tank. Just secure the filler hose onto the hose tail with a jubilee clip.

Fitting Instructions
How to install this water tank fitting:
- Firstly, drill hole size required.
- Remove any swarf or debris from the drilled hole.
- Thirdly, insert Hose Tail into drilled hole.
- Lastly, add gasket onto the male thread from inside the tank and secure with the back nut.
The hole size required to fit this into a water tank will be 40mm. Please note – this kit does not include the hole saw required.
It is always recommended to flush out and clean the water tank prior to use to ensure the tank is free from debris and dust that may have been left from the manufacturing process.

Custom orders may take longer than the standard stated time – please enquire. Due to the location of stock, items on your order may also be delivered separately.
Delivery Method
All items (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are delivered to Kerbside. In some instances for the larger items, customer offloading may be required.
Somebody will need to be in to receive and check the goods before signing for them. It is possible to arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place but this is at the risk of the customer and should anything happen to the goods once they have been left, we will be unable to support this.
IMPORTANT – In signing for the goods, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.
A book-service may be available in some instances. If there are specific timings for your delivery, please add them into the customer notes section on the order.
Missing/Faulty Parts
In the unlikely event that you find there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of the goods arrival and we will be able to correct this. Note that we may ask for a picture of the goods that have arrived – this will be required by the manufacturer of the goods in order to provide the missing/replacement parts.
If your items have arrived in a sub-standard condition, please email [email protected] with the following detail;
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- Brief explanation of the issues
This will allow us to deal with the matter as swiftly as possible in order to reduce the inconvenience caused.
Delivery Charges
Please ensure the product you order from Online Tank Store Ltd. is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. All standard tanks (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but will be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. It can be expensive for the customer to return due to the size and weight. Please ensure what you order is what you require. Read our full returns policy here before ordering.
If a delivery has been attempted and failed 3 times, the item will be taken back to the depot and redelivery charges will apply.
Special order or custom tanks are non-returnable therefore if your order is the incorrect product or no longer required unfortunately, it will not be accepted back and no refund will be given.
