Product Description
4400 Litre Underground Water Storage Tank – Atlantis is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications, available in both non-potable or potable versions.
Regularly used for rainwater harvesting applications, but can also be used for water attenuation and storage of water from other sources such as wells and springs.
This 4400 Litre Underground Water Storage Tank is manufactured in the UK. Moulded from Polyethylene using a rotational moulding process which produces a stress-free product. Furthermore, there are many design features that make this tank stand out. The high strength ribbed design allows for environmentally friendly pea-gravel back-fills which as a result eliminates the need for the high costs and difficulties of encasing a tank in concrete. The shallow-dig depth also makes it easier to install and maintain, as well as being ideal for areas with a high water table. (Certain installations may require further advice and an alternative installation method). The curved design allows more efficiency when using submersible pumps as it enables all the water, even from the bottom of the tank to be pumped out.

Equipment Options:
- Telescopic Neck – this can be placed on top of the existing turret on the tank to provide an extra 300mm – 800mm of depth if required
- Pedestrian Lid Cover – this lid is suitable for pedestrian use only
- Vehicle Lid Cover – this lid is suitable for vehicle use
- Calmed Inlet Drainage Pack – this is designed to filter incoming water and helps prevent it from becoming stained and odorous
- 110mm Back-flow-Non Return Valve – this is to stop flood back-flow into the tank

Custom orders may take longer than the standard stated time – please enquire. Due to the location of stock, items on your order may also be delivered separately.
Delivery Method
All items (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are delivered to Kerbside. In some instances for the larger items, customer offloading may be required.
Somebody will need to be in to receive and check the goods before signing for them. It is possible to arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place but this is at the risk of the customer and should anything happen to the goods once they have been left, we will be unable to support this.
IMPORTANT – In signing for the goods, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.
A book-service may be available in some instances. If there are specific timings for your delivery, please add them into the customer notes section on the order.
Missing/Faulty Parts
In the unlikely event that you find there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of the goods arrival and we will be able to correct this. Note that we may ask for a picture of the goods that have arrived – this will be required by the manufacturer of the goods in order to provide the missing/replacement parts.
If your items have arrived in a sub-standard condition, please email contact@onlinetankstore.co.uk with the following detail;
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- Brief explanation of the issues
This will allow us to deal with the matter as swiftly as possible in order to reduce the inconvenience caused.
Delivery Charges
Please ensure the product you order from Online Tank Store Ltd. is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. All standard tanks (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but will be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. It can be expensive for the customer to return due to the size and weight. Please ensure what you order is what you require. Read our full returns policy here before ordering.
If a delivery has been attempted and failed 3 times, the item will be taken back to the depot and redelivery charges will apply.
Special order or custom tanks are non-returnable therefore if your order is the incorrect product or no longer required unfortunately, it will not be accepted back and no refund will be given.
