1125 Litre Skid Base Bowser With Pressure Washer – 3000 PSI Diesel

This Pressure Water Skid Bowser is supplied with a baffled 1125 Litre polyethylene tank and secured onto a robust skid frame. With easy forklift pockets and a powerful diesel Yanmar pressure washer, this piece of kit becomes a reliable workhorse in no time. In addition, the 3000 PSI Diesel Pressure Washer is utilised throughout the Construction and Plant hire industries. Not only that, the product can be customised to fit your requirements. From bowser tank colour to length of hose or even an alternative pressure washer – just get in touch for a quotation.

This bowser unit can also be supplied on a Site Tow or Highway Tow frame to create a towable trailer.

Specification 

  • Chassis: Constructed from 80 x 80 R.S.A. fully welded, all fully hot dipped galvanised. 5mm sheet front mounting plate. 5mm Fork Sockets 100mm Deep x 190mm Wide, running the length of the unit. Consequently, this makes for easier loading/Offloading in to a Vans rear doors.
  • Tank: Polyethylene moulded tank elliptical in section, baffled & fitted with an 18” lockable outer hinged manlid covering inner sealed vented manlid. Tank secured to base frame with 2 stainless steel straps. 1 rear tap (2 rear outlets).
  • Finish: Polyethylene tank in choice of yellow, green, blue or red. Galvanised base frame.
  • Pump: Yanmar electric start L100 10HP engine driving a 200 Bar (3000 psi), 15Lpm piston pump c/w hand lance & 9m of hose stowed on bracket. Fuel consumption approx 1.5L/Hr, running time approx 2.9Hrs

‘Potable’ is a term used to describe a tank suitable for storing water for human consumption. To be classified as potable, the plastic it is manufactured from must conform to the WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme). Each tank comes with a outlet as standard. The plastic behind the outlet can be removed (‘drilled’) to allow the liquid to run out of the tank and through a tap if you have one fitted. It can also be left ‘undrilled’ which means it remains closed and the liquid cannot come out through this outlet. You may wish the outlet to be left undrilled if you plan to use the tank purely to store water, as an example.

It is possible to choose ‘drilled’ but purchase a ‘plug’ for the correct size outlet which will seal the outlet when required but allow for flexibility in the use of the outlet. Another option is to choose to have the tank ‘undrilled’ and remove the plastic yourself at a later date.

From experience, our customers favor the Baffled Water Tanks for this application.

A Baffled Water Tank has pre-moulded internal walls called ‘baffles’ which helps to control the movement of the water in the tank during transportation of liquid. This also helps to improve the vehicle maneuverability.

The size of tank required is completely dependent on the size of your vehicle and the set-up you require. The most popular Baffled Water Tanks are as follows: 210 Litre upright, 250 Litre upright, 350 Litre upright and the 400 Litre upright water tank. We do have customers who prefer the larger tanks so this is also an option.

The Baffled Water Tanks are also suitable for use with water-fed poles.

Yes. This is possible by using a ‘fusion’ and are available in a number of sizes to suit your application or project. View the range here or read our Fusion Socket Guide here for more information. Just add the required fusion onto your order and once complete, we will be in touch to arrange placement of the fusion/s.

Each Water Storage Tank comes with either a ‘Vented’  or a ‘Plain’ lid as standard.

A vented lid allows air to circulate within the tank, helping to control the pressure within it. This is important if you plan to attach a pump to the tank as without this, the pressure may cause the tank may deform. Often, this type of damage is not repairable.

A plain lid is purely for containing the water and stops air getting into the tank.

See below for an example of either type (Note – the lid may look slightly different depending on what tank you are looking at. Please refer to the individual product for details).

This is no problem, the only consideration you may wish to make when using saltwater is whether you would prefer to use a plastic outlet (know as a fusion) rather than the brass or nickel outlet that come as standard with the range. If this is the case, all you need to do is request that you tank comes 'undrilled' which will ensure a plastic 'wall' separates the metal fusion and the tank contents. The plastic fusion can be added almost anywhere on the tank. Just choose the fusion you require and add to your basket along with the tank. Once your order is placed, we will then in touch to discuss where you wish your plastic outlet to be placed.

The Byelaw 30 Kit is specifically used when connecting a tank to mains water supply. With an insect proof screened vent, as well as preventing backflow of the stored water into the main s(potable) supply, it helps to prevents contamination A Byelaw 30 Kit is required in order to conform to the Byelaw 30 Regulation as it helps to maintain the quality of the water in the tank.

Somebody will need to be in to receive and check the goods before signing for them. It is possible to arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place but this is at the risk of the customer and should anything happen to the goods once they have been left, we will be unable to support this.

IMPORTANT – In signing for the goods, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.

A book-service may be available in some instances. If there are specific timings for your delivery, please add them into the customer notes section on the order.

Missing/Faulty Parts

In the unlikely event that you find there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of the goods arrival and we will be able to correct this. Note that we may ask for a picture of the goods that have arrived – this will be required by the manufacturer of the goods in order to provide the missing/replacement parts.
