Which tanks do spin welds fit?
Wydale water tanks only. They’re welded on by the manufacturer at the factory, so they’re ordered with your tank rather than fitted later.
Can I get rid of the metal outlet?
Yes. Choose Undrilled under Standard Outlet. The standard outlet is still moulded into the tank but isn’t drilled through, so the tank stays completely sealed apart from the lid. That makes it suitable for salt or marine water, where a metal insert could rust. Then add a spin weld wherever you want your outlet.
How do I mark the positions?
Download the drawing from your tank’s product page, mark each outlet and label its size, then reply to your order confirmation email with the drawing attached. A photo of a hand-marked printout is fine.
