The 14 Person 4400 Litre Shallow Dig Septic Tank is a high-capacity wastewater treatment solution designed for domestic properties, holiday accommodation, offices and small commercial buildings that are not connected to the mains sewer network. Suitable for properties with up to 14 users, this durable underground septic tank provides reliable long-term wastewater storage and treatment.
Manufactured in the UK from high-quality rotationally moulded polyethylene, the tank is lightweight, corrosion resistant and engineered for exceptional strength. Its reinforced ribbed construction allows, in many standard installations, the use of an environmentally friendly pea gravel backfill, helping to eliminate the need for expensive concrete surround installations.
The shallow dig design reduces excavation requirements, making installation quicker and more economical while also making the tank well suited to sites with higher groundwater levels. Supplied complete with a Zoeller Residential Septic Tank Effluent Filter, the system helps improve effluent quality by preventing solids from entering the drainage field, reducing maintenance requirements and helping to extend the life of the soakaway.
Backed by a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, this septic tank provides a dependable and cost-effective wastewater solution for larger properties.

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
