Product Description
The Portable Hay Soaker is the ideal solution for soaking and transporting hay easily around the yard. A solution to transporting wet hay and water around the yard and fields. Not just for equestrian use, the soaker can be used for other grazing livestock.
The capacity of the Hay Soaker is ½ to ¾ of a bale or 2 extra-large hay nets. although please note, the maximum product capacity of 370 litres. As a guide, we recommend that you carry a maximum of 2 soaked hay net’s, or 3-4 un-soaked hay net’s depending on size.
The wheels are rubber and therefore roll across any ground easily. Two of these wheels are braked to avoid issues with the soaker rolling while in use. Further to this, the hay soaker on wheels is also fitted with a plug and drain to make draining and cleaning as easy as possible.
It slides into the frames which has separate tubular side supports and is robust, strong and easy to wheel.
Please note that the lid is an optional extra and is not included as standard. The lid can be selected on the ‘Popular Fittings & Accessories’ section and will come in the same colour as the purchased hay soaker.

Will the products fade in sunlight?
All of our moulded products are manufactured from premium UV stabilised polyethylene to help minimise fading.
What materials are the products made from?
All of our moulded ranges are manufactured from premium UV stabilised polyethylene. They come in a range of vibrant colours which are UV stable to minimise fading.

Are prices for pairs or singles?
All prices are for single units unless stated - an exception being the Stackaletti which comes in a pack of six
How do I best maintain my Classic Showjumps products?
Classic Showjumps products are very easy to maintain. They are weather proof so can be left outside, tje will not shatter or crack in cold weather. They are made from a UV resistant polymer to reduce fading. They can be hosed down or brushed to keep them clean. However to reduce the need for cleaning, keeping them under cover will help.
Do I need to use jump cups with the show jump blocks?
Our jump blocks do not need any cups or attachments. Simply place the poles in the groove on the block and they will remain in place. They are suitable for use as parallel poles and cross pole formation.

Delivery Lead Times

Custom orders may take longer than the standard stated time – please enquire. Due to the location of stock, items on your order may also be delivered separately.
Delivery Method
All items (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are delivered to Kerbside. In some instances for the larger items, customer offloading may be required.
Somebody will need to be in to receive and check the goods before signing for them. It is possible to arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place but this is at the risk of the customer and should anything happen to the goods once they have been left, we will be unable to support this.
IMPORTANT – In signing for the goods, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.
A book-service may be available in some instances. If there are specific timings for your delivery, please add them into the customer notes section on the order.
Missing/Faulty Parts
In the unlikely event that you find there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of the goods arrival and we will be able to correct this. Note that we may ask for a picture of the goods that have arrived – this will be required by the manufacturer of the goods in order to provide the missing/replacement parts.
If your items have arrived in a sub-standard condition, please email [email protected] with the following detail;
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- Brief explanation of the issues
This will allow us to deal with the matter as swiftly as possible in order to reduce the inconvenience caused.
Delivery Charges
Please ensure the product you order from Online Tank Store Ltd. is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. All standard tanks (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but will be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. It can be expensive for the customer to return due to the size and weight. Please ensure what you order is what you require. Read our full returns policy here before ordering.
If a delivery has been attempted and failed 3 times, the item will be taken back to the depot and redelivery charges will apply.
Special order or custom tanks are non-returnable therefore if your order is the incorrect product or no longer required unfortunately, it will not be accepted back and no refund will be given.
