The Marsh Ensign Ultra 4 Person Sewage Treatment Plant is a compact package treatment plant for buildings that are not homes. With a population equivalent of 4, it suits garden rooms, small offices and workshops that are not on mains drainage.

Please note that this size is not suitable for a house. For dwellings, the minimum population equivalent is 5, so a 6 person plant is the smallest you should choose for a home. For a small outbuilding, however, the 4 person plant is an ideal fit, and it complies with BS EN 12566-3.

Servicing and permits
Like all treatment plants, this unit needs desludging from time to time, and the compressor should be serviced regularly. For this reason, we recommend a service contract with a local engineer. In addition, please check with the Environment Agency, SEPA or Natural Resources Wales whether your discharge needs a permit or falls under the General Binding Rules.

Delivery Charges & Returns

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
