Some of our products are only available for England & Wales delivery only as standard and this will be stated in the product description. Please get in touch if you are outside of this area and we can obtain a quotation for you.
Delivery Lead Times
See individual products for expected delivery times. If an order is to take longer than expected, we will email you with this information.
Custom orders may take longer than the standard stated time – please enquire. Due to the location of stock, items on your order may also be delivered separately.
All items (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are delivered to Kerbside. In some instances for the larger items, customer offloading may be required.
Somebody will need to be in to receive and check the goods before signing for them. It is possible to arrange for the goods to be left in a safe place but this is at the risk of the customer and should anything happen to the goods once they have been left, we will be unable to support this.
IMPORTANT – In signing for the goods, you are agreeing that the item packaging is intact. If damage is found after this point, collection or redelivery cost will be down to the customer.
A book-service may be available in some instances. If there are specific timings for your delivery, please add them into the customer notes section on the order.
In the unlikely event that you find there are items missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of the goods arrival and we will be able to correct this. Note that we may ask for a picture of the goods that have arrived – this will be required by the manufacturer of the goods in order to provide the missing/replacement parts.
If your items have arrived in a sub-standard condition, please email [email protected] with the following detail;
- Order Number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- Brief explanation of the issues
This will allow us to deal with the matter as swiftly as possible in order to reduce the inconvenience caused.
Please ensure the product you order from Online Tank Store Ltd. is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. All standard tanks (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but will be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. It can be expensive for the customer to return due to the size and weight. Please ensure what you order is what you require. Read our full returns policy here before ordering.
If a delivery has been attempted and failed 3 times, the item will be taken back to the depot and redelivery charges will apply.
Special order or custom tanks are non-returnable therefore if your order is the incorrect product or no longer required unfortunately, it will not be accepted back and no refund will be given.
