300 Litre CAT5 AB Air Gap Water Tank is constructed from the MDPE polyethene which is UV stabilised. This tank is a one piece, seamless, rotationally moulded tank which guarantees strength, impacts resistance, durability and many years of use. This arrangement of fittings for compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 in England and Wales and the technically identical Scottish Water Byelaws 2004.
Enduramaxx’s 300 litre Fluid Category 5 Break Tank is fitted with a Type AB-Air gap weir overflow for complying with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. The weir overflow (Fluid 5) which is non-mechanical backflow prevention for inlets up to 32mm. Many water authorities demand that water storage tanks connected to the mains water supply have suitable measures to protect the mains from contamination. The AB Airgap is designed to prevent the inlet to become submerged and stop the water within the tank from contaminating the mains water supply should there be a backflow pressure drop in the mains.
These 300 litre break tank is fitted with a cowled screened overflow to prevent the ingress of light into the tank and a stainless steel mesh to prevent the debris getting into the tank. Larger weirs can be specially made for larger inlets. This break tank meets the requirements of WRAS Fluid Category 5 Break Tanks, also known as a Fluid Cat 5 break tank, Fluid Cat 5 tank and Fluid Cat 5 booster set tanks.

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
