2700 Litre Triple Skinned Steel Bunded Oil Tank – 60 Minute Fire Protection – Atlantis
A 2700 litre triple skinned steel bunded oil tank with 60 minute integral fire resistance, suitable for both domestic and commercial installations. It can store heating oil (kerosene), diesel, waste oils and many other liquids – please check before use.
The oil is stored in the inner (primary) tank, the outer tank forms a bund with 110% of the primary tank’s capacity, and the third skin houses the integral fire barrier. In the unlikely event of the inner tank failing, the bund provides secondary containment.
Manufactured to BS 799 Part 5 and pressure tested before leaving the factory, with two coats of a specially formulated anti-rust coating for maximum protection. A steel tank is also a good deterrent against opportunist oil theft.

Recommended Base Size
In line with current regulations, we recommend a base that extends 300 mm all the way around the tank:

- Mechanical overfill limiter (fitted to the rear 2″ tank socket, as it needs a female thread)

Compliance
Complies with BS 799 Part 5 and the Oil Pollution Prevention Guidelines (England & Wales) PPG2. A certificate of performance for the 60 minute fire resistance is available on request.
Warranty
10-year warranty. Each tank is supplied with a warranty manual and full installation instructions.
For coastal or marine locations an alternative paint system is recommended – please contact us for advice.

Delivery charges are based on current manufacturer and courier rates. In some cases, delivery costs may be subject to confirmation after an order has been placed due to supplier delivery zones or freight changes. Delivery Charges & Returns

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
