The 2″ Stainless Steel Ball Cock & Float Valve provides a reliable and automatic way to control the water level within a water storage tank. As the water level rises, the stainless steel float lifts and automatically closes the valve, stopping the incoming water supply once the required level is reached.
Manufactured from stainless steel for excellent durability and corrosion resistance, this float valve is suitable for a wide range of water storage applications, including potable water systems.
The valve is WRAS-approved, making it suitable for applications where compliance with UK water regulations is required.
Key Features
- 2″ BSP connection
- Stainless steel valve and float construction
- WRAS approved
- Automatically controls the incoming water supply
- Helps prevent tanks from overfilling
- Durable and corrosion resistant
- Suitable for potable water applications
- Ideal for water storage tanks, header tanks and break tanks

How Does It Work?
The ball cock is installed through the wall of the tank and connected to the incoming water supply. As the tank fills, the stainless steel float rises with the water level. Once the predetermined level is reached, the valve closes automatically and stops the flow of water.
As the water level drops through use, the float lowers and the valve reopens, allowing the tank to refill automatically.
Ideal for: potable water tanks, break tanks, rainwater storage systems, header tanks and other applications requiring automatic water level control.
