Product Description
The 52000 Litre Cesspool Tank from GRAF meets the Building Regulations size for a household of up to seven people. It is also a good fit for a small group of cottages or holiday lets sharing one tank.
Made from tough polyethylene, the 52000 litre cesspool tank is much lighter than concrete or steel, which makes it quicker to install. It is watertight and holds all incoming effluent and raw sewage with no outlet. A licensed waste carrier empties it when it gets close to full.

Sizing a 52000 Litre Cesspool
Building Regulations Approved Document H2 asks for at least 18,000 litres for two people, plus 6,800 litres for each extra person. On that basis the 52000 litre cesspool suits up to 7 people in a permanent home.
At around 150 litres per person per day, a full household of 7 would fill the tank in roughly 7 weeks, so plan your collections around that.

Delivery charges are based on current manufacturer and courier rates. In some cases, delivery costs may be subject to confirmation after an order has been placed due to supplier delivery zones or freight changes. If an additional delivery charge applies, the customer will be notified before the order is dispatched and given the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Charges & Returns

Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
