Product Description
The 4800 Litre Cesspool Tank from GRAF sits in the middle of the Carat range. It is a good fit where usage is steady but light, such as a farm office, a stable yard toilet, a fishing lake facility or a seasonal café with its own washroom.
Made from tough, lightweight polyethylene, the 4800 litre cesspool tank is far easier to handle and install than concrete or steel. It is watertight and holds all incoming effluent and raw sewage with no outlet. A licensed waste carrier empties it when it gets close to full.

How Often Does a 4800 Litre Cesspool Need Emptying?
If around 100 litres a day enters the tank, the 4800 litre capacity works out at close to seven weeks between emptying. Where two or more toilets share the tank, the extra volume gives a useful safety margin.
For a permanent home, Building Regulations Approved Document H2 asks for a cesspool of at least 18,000 litres for two people. Smaller tanks like this one suit low-use, seasonal or temporary sites. Check with your local Building Control before you order one for a house.

Delivery charges are based on current manufacturer and courier rates. Standard tanks (no customisation) are returnable but subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in A1 condition. Returns may be expensive due to size and weight; please check before ordering.

Failed delivery attempts: After one unsuccessful delivery attempt, items will be returned to the depot, and redelivery charges may apply.

Special or custom tanks are non-returnable. If the wrong product is ordered or the item is no longer required, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
