The 3750 Litre Cesspool Tank from GRAF gives more time between collections than the entry-level size. It still fits into a modest excavation. It is a popular choice for holiday pods, garden lodges with a toilet, small workshops and construction site welfare units.
Made from tough, lightweight polyethylene, the 3750 litre cesspool tank is far easier to handle and install than concrete or steel. It is watertight and holds all incoming effluent and raw sewage with no outlet. A licensed waste carrier empties it when it gets close to full.

How Often Does a 3750 Litre Cesspool Need Emptying?
With roughly 100 litres a day flowing in, the 3750 litre tank holds around five weeks of wastewater, which helps keep tanker visits and costs down on low-use sites.
For a permanent home, Building Regulations Approved Document H2 asks for a cesspool of at least 18,000 litres for two people. Smaller tanks like this one suit low-use, seasonal or temporary sites. Check with your local Building Control before you order one for a house.
