Mondu B2B Payment FAQs
Mondu is a secure business payment provider that lets companies buy now and pay later. It’s designed specifically for business-to-business (B2B) purchases, helping customers spread the cost while suppliers get paid upfront.
Mondu is available to registered businesses only.
You must be purchasing on behalf of a company, sole trader, or organisation — it is not available for personal or consumer purchases.

- Choose Mondu at checkout
- Enter your business details
- Get a real-time decision. Approval is instant with minimal business info required.
- After approval, Mondu will show the payment terms available to your business. These may include 30, 45, 60 or 90-day invoice terms, depending on your eligibility
- Your order is processed immediately, and you pay Mondu later
Depending on eligibility, Mondu may offer:
- Pay in 30 days
- Pay in 60 days
- Pay in instalments (spread over several months)
Available options are shown during checkout after approval.
No. Mondu performs an instant digital business check. In most cases, approval takes seconds and requires only basic company details.
Mondu may perform a soft business credit check to assess eligibility. This does not impact your personal credit score.
Mondu is typically used for larger business purchases.
Spending limits depend on your company profile and order value and are confirmed during checkout.
The goods are processed within the lead times identified – just like any other payment method.
We receive payment from Mondu upfront, so your delivery is not delayed.
You pay Mondu directly, not us. After your purchase, Mondu will send payment instructions and reminders according to your agreed terms.
If you return goods:
- We process the refund as normal
- Mondu updates your balance
- Any paid amounts are refunded or adjusted

For standard “Pay Later” terms, there is usually no interest if payments are made on time. If you choose longer instalment plans, fees may apply — these are clearly shown before you confirm.
Yes. Mondu uses bank-level security and fraud protection. Your payment and company information are handled securely and in line with financial regulations.
Yes. Once approved, future checkouts can be even faster, and Mondu may increase your available spending limit over time.
If Mondu cannot approve the transaction, you can still complete your order using another payment method such as card or bank transfer.
